Stoney Creek Silent Series Lightweight Short Gaiters - Green

Stoney Creek Short Gaiters are ideal if you want a bit of lower leg protection without the hassle of the full length gaiters, these are a brilliant bit of light weight gear for when you are in open tussock or bush stalking. Easy to get on or off with the VelcroR and dome closing system. They have flat rubberised elastic and stainless steel lace hooks to hold em onto your boots so they don't ride up while you walk. Completely quiet too!

How does it work?

With a lighter Microtough outside face fabric and the same special laminate, designed to break the surface tension of water droplets, that is made up of tiny dots. While the uniquely brushed microfleece inner fabric actively moves moisture outwards.

If you are an active hunter that doesn't like heavier 3-layer waterproof fabrics becasue they can build up perspiration inside, then Silent Series Lightweight will be perfect for you.

Saturated with Teflon DWR, applied at 200 degrees C, to help it shed water when pushing through the wettest bush.

It won't deal with as much rain as Windproof Silent Series but it will be perfect when the weather is a bit warmer.

Best of all it's silent to stalk in, is real lightweight, softens up with every wash and still cuts out 90% of the wind.
