Our standard shipping charges are a flat fee. Shipping charges include postage and packing ( plus insurance for international orders over $300)
Special Delivery and Next Day carrier is available in the NZ for urgent /valuable orders . The price will be based on the total packed weights of the order. Faster services for overseas customers are also available. Please let us know if the goods are NEEDED URGENTLY. See tables below for delivery time options.
A person does need to be present to accept delivery of next day and two day packages.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within two working days, subject to availability (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or secure over the Internet.
