REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Here at Stoney Creek Shop we endeavour to provide good quality products and service every time. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We try to stock only products that we have faith in and are covered by extensive manufacturer warranty. Should you not be a satisfied customer we wish to know immediately so we can put things right.
As a customer of Stoney Creek Shop you can be assured that we will happily refund or exchange goods that you are not happy with. Returned goods must be in shop condition to gain a refund and posted back to us within 7 days of receipt. Exchanging sizes, colours etc is not a problem provided the product is in shop condition and another option is available. Should a replacement not be available we will happily refund your purchase. Should a product fail we would do everything possible to see that the manufacturer fixes or replaces product to your satisfaction. Mapping Software is non-refundable

If a product is found to be faulty in anyway, within 2 years of purchase, the manufacturer( Stoney Creek Ltd) will repair or replace it. There is no freight charges and no other hidden costs.

Stoney Creek manufacturers stand behind their garments 100 percent. They are made specifically for hunting in New Zealand's back country. These products have been tested in some of the toughest environments in the worldThe 5 year Extra Tough Warranty reads: " if withing 5 years , your clothes are damaged from an accident while hunting the manufacturer( Stoney creek Ltd) will repair them for fee. That includes rips from pig tusks, barbed wire and even bullet holes!!
Normal wear and tear is excluded. Some freight charges may apply. Simply bring or send the garment to us or any Stoney Creek Retailer"
Stoney Creek Manufacturing places a high value on the trust you put into Stoney Creek Products. Please feel free to return any faulty product to a Stoney Creek Retailer at your earliest convenience; It is not necessary to wash garments for return. If necessary Stoney creek Manufacturer will happily wash and dry your garment(at no cost) before returning them to your retailer.
Climbing Equipment Return Policy
For liability reasons and your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware or ropes at any time (excluding warranty situations or shipping errors). Stoney Creek Shop will only accept returns on harnesses if tried on but never used. If you tie in, it is yours.
Warning:Technical Climbing is potentially hazardous and dangerous. When using climbing gear you accept full responsibility for your safety as well as the safety of others around you. You are personally responsible for learning the proper techniques and good judgment necessary for proper use of all climbing gear. The product information contained on StoneyCreekShop.co.nz is not a substitute for qualified personal instruction. Learn the proper use of the equipment and understand its limitations. Inspect all equipment before each use and destroy any gear that is damaged, worn, or does not pass thorough and frequent inspection.
